Welcome to MinimalFit, a mobile application (the "App") that is available for download on the Apple App Store. The App was designed with the purpose of assisting education, and should by no means be used with the intent of violating academic dishonesty policies. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

MinimalCoach AI - Data Processing Disclosure

MinimalFit includes an AI-powered coaching feature called "MinimalCoach" that provides personalized workout guidance through conversational interactions. This feature uses a third-party artificial intelligence service to process certain user data and generate responses.

Data Collected and Shared with AI Service Provider

When you use MinimalCoach, the following data is transmitted to our third-party AI service provider for processing:

• Training preferences: Your fitness goal, experience level, training frequency, and session duration preferences

• Workout data: Your available equipment, current training plan, workout progress, and achievement statistics

• Conversation history: Your messages to MinimalCoach and previous conversation context (last 5 messages) to maintain conversational continuity

This data is processed in real-time to generate personalized coaching responses and workout recommendations.

Data That Is NOT Shared

The following personal and sensitive data is never transmitted to any external AI service:

• Height

• Weight (current and goal)

• Age

• Gender

• Body measurements and body composition data

• Any biometric information

This data remains stored locally on your device and on MinimalFit's secure servers only.
